Offer greeters in large stores to help locate products

Larger shops such as Superdrug, Boots, Dunelm, Hobbycraft and Wickes — where people often visit to buy a specific product — could provide a shop assistant near the entrance to greet shoppers and ask if they need help finding an item. Not every customer would need this, but for some, especially elderly shoppers, it would save a lot of time walking up and down the aisles searching for a product whose location would be familiar to staff.
