Text me when results are in and normal — don’t make me chase

A simple “your results are back and no action is needed” text would save patients worrying and save reception huge numbers of calls.

Offer a callback time window instead of “sometime today”

Waiting all day for a doctor’s callback means I can’t plan work or childcare. Even a rough two-hour window (e.g. “between 2 and 4pm”) would make a huge difference.
