Returning trolleys in the rain to a single far-corner bay is miserable. A few covered bays spread around the car park would help, especially for older shoppers.

Good idea. It would also help if there was an option to do this from the website, not just the app.
On a delivery I once received a substitution containing nuts. Let me flag allergy items as “never substitute” at the account level so it applies to every order automatically.
The big yellow Clubcard price can make it hard to see the actual price you pay without the card. Clearer side-by-side pricing would be fairer for everyone.
