Auto-trigger Delay Repay when I’ve tapped in with a digital ticket

If you already know my train was 20 minutes late and I had a ticket for it, pay the Delay Repay automatically instead of making me fill in a form each time.

Show live seat reservation status on the platform display

Reservation cards above seats are often blank even when the seat is booked. Live, accurate seat status on the app and carriage screens would stop the awkward shuffle.
