Reservation cards above seats are often blank even when the seat is booked. Live, accurate seat status on the app and carriage screens would stop the awkward shuffle.

Shipping with two browsers, two app stores and two galleries is confusing. Allow people to uninstall (not just disable) the duplicates they don’t use.
We currently juggle separate logins for lunch money, school trips and after-school clubs. Consolidating into a single payments app would save parents a lot of stress each morning.
Some buttons get cut off at the largest text size, and a few icons aren’t labelled for VoiceOver. Tightening accessibility would help a lot of older users who rely on the app most.
